Note: Because authorities will not permit any form of amplification (nor tents or shelters) at Zuccotti Park in Manhattan, occupiers have devised a “human microphone.” It’s endearing how the crowd attempts to capture Ž’s intonation. For those puzzled by the hand movements of participants, that’s called “twinkling.”
